S.L. Development Construction Corporation (SLDCC) started as Saint Lucy Engineering in August of 1988. From its humble beginning, SLDCC earned the attention, trust and confidence of big companies in the Philippines including foreign contractors. Today SLDCC is one of the leading contractors of National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) for transmission line and substation projects. Our clients includes the National Power Corporation, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, MERALCO, Team Energy Philippines, Citra Metro Manila Toll Ways Corporation, Sumitomo, ABB Sae Sadelmi S.p.A., our foreign tie-up in China are Xian Electric Engineering Company Ltd and Zhejiang Electric Transmission and Transformation Engineering Corporation.

SLDCC imports, supplies and delivers steel towers, tower parts, steel poles, line hardwares, electrical equipment, power transformer, conductors, cables, wires, accessories and other similar products.

Services

SLDCC is an Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and turn-key contractor for transmission lines, substations and other power facilities.

SLDCC also provides restoration works for power facilities damaged by typhoons, relocation works for affected transmission/electrical towers and poles, and other similar services.
